CLICK HERE TO GO BACK YEAR: 1917During last week the American-bred stallion O.Y.M., got cast in his box. At first the injuries were not thought to be serious but on Wednesday of last week things took a turn for the worse and he died.
The loss is a substantial one for his owner,Mr R E Hall, as O.Y.M. had become famous by reason of siring such great horses as Our Thorpe, Agathos, Cappriccio, O.I.C and numerous other high class performers.
